Within the role you will also be required to attend 3-4 exhibitions throughout the year, offering the chance to get out & about to meet customers and suppliers on fun all-expenses paid trips (UK only).
Position:Product & Technical Support Advisor
Salary:£18,000 - £22,000 per annum
Hours:09:00 - 17:00, Monday to Friday (occasional weekends)
•Maintenance of our company website
•Implementing social media campaigns
•Assisting with the planning and delivery of 3-4 exhibitions per year
•Maintaining our company email newsletters
•Providing technical support on company products via telephone and email
•Managing incoming calls, message taking and call forwarding
•Taking customer orders and dealing with enquiries
•Organising the send out of goods to customers
•Building up a detailed knowledge of the products and offering support on how to use them and what would best suit customer needs
•Applicants must have a professional telephone manner
•Education to A Levels (or equivalent) or above
•Computer literate with experience of Microsoft Office programs
•Basic HTML knowledge/experience is highly desirable
•Experience in marketing communications is a significant benefit
•Full UK driving licence required
