Working closely with top individuals in the field, the successful solicitor will be managing a caseload consisting of a range of corporate matters whilst actively participating in business development activities.

- Applications are welcomed from solicitors with a minimum of one year's PQE
- Experience of advising clients on a range of corporate and mergers and acquisition work is essential
