This opportunity offers excellent career progression and development, you will gain experience of the full Accounts function as you move around the department being trained in all areas.

As a minimum, you will need to be educated to at least A Level standard with some employed experience in an Administrative or Finance based role. A strong desire to forge a career in Accounting and Finance is an absolute must, as well as an eagerness to complete Finance qualifications that the organisation will fund.

Depending on the level of entry and the experience you bring you will be required to complete full AAT qualifications. This is fully funded and study leave and support will be given. This organisation absolutely love to help nurture their staff to progress, learn and develop. Once the AAT is completed CIMA or ACCA training is available.

Joining a friendly team of 8 within the Finance Department, you will need excellent communication skills, an entrepreneurial spirt and a can do/will do learning based attitude is essential.

Duties for this position will include but not be limited to:

• The daily allocation of payments received in various formats - Over 100 per day. This is a high pressure and deadline focused role. You will need to work well under pressure.

• Uploading files to the internal cash management system.

• Investigation of unallocated monies

• Problem solving and reducing errors

• Managing a portfolio of loans

• General administrative duties.

There are 7 roles within the department that over time you will learn so to become multi-skilled. This team is collaborative, hardworking positive and proactive, we are looking for like minded individuals.

Education/experience:

• A Level's or equivalent and Graduates considered, however work experience is essential within an accounting, financial or administrative background

• A solid and varied work history within an Accounts environment

• Part AAT qualified candidates considered

Full-Time Permanent Position

Monday-Friday / 8.30am-5pm however flexi hours are available
