•You'll be a huge part of the company's growth as a business ensuring you continue to maintain and develop supplier relationships. Bringing in business but more importantly managing the current business we have
•Running the day to day operations for our tour operator including managing all our transport, tours, groups and FIT department
•To build travel quotations, negotiate rates and space with hotels, coordinate services and prepare itineraries
•Candidate MUST be Spanish and/ or Portuguese speaking as well as being FLUENT in English
•Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
•Be able to manage different teams within the organisation
•Help with the company strategy going forward
•A minimum of two + years' experience in an inbound operator in a group's role.
•Ability to research events, incentive, conference market
•Ability to work as part of a team and independently when required.
•Proven experience of preparing quotes and operating groups.
•Ability to build relationships
•Possesses strong proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint and Word)
•Availability to travel
