Commercial Property Manager

The incoming candidate will be reporting into the CEO of the business and will have a large number of varied responsibilities which include (but will not be limited to):
* Undertaking property and site inspections (as well as liaising with centre managers and tenants);
* Liaison with agents regarding marketing and new commercial lettings, ensuring compliance with all relevant Health and Safety legislation;
* Agree and project manage schedules for repair and maintenance and manage contracts accordingly as well as managing the process of rent collection and any arrears;
* Management of incoming and vacating tenants - you will have responsibility for occupancy levels being maintained to meet the aims of the clients, whilst at the same time preparing and monitoring budgets and report preparation.
You will also be required to have a good working knowledge of Health and Safety Legislation and a good understanding of FRI leases and tenancies.
The right candidate must have a very positive outlook and problem solving can do attitude. Excellent communication and organisation skills are paramount, as is a strong work ethic and sound rapport building ability. Tangible personnel management experience is required.
A minimum of two years Commercial Property Management experience is essential to making a successful application. The role will also require the candidate to be Degree educated in a relevant topic.
