Due to the volume of high specification apartments and houses that are being produced a brand new region is being created and in order to make it a success, they are in need of negotiators to join their team.
A typical day is being based in the marketing suite, conducting viewings, calling through enquiries, sales progression, chasing leads, ensuring that a strong communication path is built with the customers, conducting market research, upselling on extras within the property and liaising with site teams to ensure the build is on track.
In order to be successful within this role you will need experience working with off plan properties in the past whether this be with an estate agency or developer.
