Established in 2005, Centrick Property are an innovative property group based in the Midlands. We offer a range of services, from residential sales and lettings, through to commercial property and block management. Currently, we're looking after over half a billion pounds of client property assets, so we must be doing something right.

Our Tenancy Services Team play a vital role in our success. Dedicated to providing a first-class service, their department is made up of 27 staff who look after every new let for our company, from application and reference stage to tenants checking out. There's never a quiet moment, as the team manage a growing portfolio of 3,000+ properties ranging from as far north as Carlisle, all the way down to Bristol.

We are now looking for a Property Maintenance Manager to join our Tenancy Services Team in our modern offices in central Birmingham.

The Role

As a Property Maintenance Manager, you'll help to ensure that our properties are maintained to the highest standards.

Liaising with tenants, landlords and contractors, you will:

- Respond to maintenance issue reports and identify the best course of action
- Answer email queries
- Organise annual safety certificates, including Gas Safety
- Process check out reports and negotiate and return tenants' deposits
- Act as the first point of contact for any maintenance-related complaints

About You

To join us as a Property Maintenance Manager, you'll need:

- Previous customer service experience
- Great IT skills, including Microsoft programs
- A motivated and enthusiastic approach
- The ability to work well in a team
- To be highly-organised

It would be great if you had experience in a utilities, maintenance or facilities environment, but this is by no means essential.

We'd love to hear from you if you've worked as a Customer Service Advisor, Customer Service Administrator, Customer Care Advisor, Maintenance Co-ordinator, Lettings Consultant, Estate Agent, Customer Service Executive, Customer Service Representative or Contact Centre Agent, ideally within a utilities company.

Other companies may call this role Property Repairs Scheduler, Repairs Scheduler, Property Maintenance Officer or Property Maintenance Supervisor.

This is a full time role, working Monday - Friday on a two week rota of 9:00 - 17:00 and 9:30 - 17:30, with a 1 hour lunch break each day.
