Our client, a charity based on the outskirts of Stroud, are looking for a HR Administrator to start with them on a temporary basis with the potential to go permanent for the right candidate. You will be reporting to the HR Manager and working in a small and busy team. The hours are set at around 15 hours per week currently.
The role is to provide first line day-to-day HR administrative support and services to the organisation and will cover recruitment, staff holiday/sickness, general administration, employee relations and any other ad hoc HR duties as required.
We are looking for a friendly and professional candidate with good attention to detail and someone willing to hit the ground running. Previous HR administration experience is essential and a CIPD qualification would be preferred but relevant experience is just as important.
Due to the location, you will need to be able to drive.
