Sales Executive - Asset Management

30-35k Base, 50-60k OTE + Great Benefits
Our client is a fast growing, highly visible and well-known asset management company, with a strong focus on London based residential and commercial property development. With prime development locations and a portfolio of luxury residences, they offer excellent opportunities to eager investors. Due to growth, they now have an exciting opening for an additional Sales Executive to join their expanding sales function.
As a London based Sales Executive, you will:
* Manage a high volume of inbound/warm sales enquires
* Work with customers in a consultative manner to arrange investment opportunities
* Prospects include Business owners; senior executives, high net worth individuals and existing property investors
* Liaise internally with a variety of colleagues to help set customer expectations
* Contribute to a fun, fast-paced and lively office environment
The ideal Sales Executive will:
* Be educated to degree level
* Possess a good financial understanding and be successful academically or in a sporting environment
* Have 3+ years previous B2B internal sales experience (property, financial services, recruitment etc.)
* Demonstrate a genuine desire to break into a financial based sales environment
* Be confident, driven, proactive and committed to joining a growing organisation to develop a lasting career
* Possess excellent communication skills, a broad business understanding, high levels of self-motivation and the ability to network and captivate at all levels
The successful sales candidate can expect an initial basic salary circa 30-35k plus additional benefits and fast track progression. First year realistic earnings are circa 50-60k.
