Barker Munro Recruitment Ltd is working with an award winning Motor Insurance organisation to recruit an experienced complaints handler.
The successful applicant will manage the complaints process by taking ownership of individual cases and resolving satisfactorily and in accordance with FCA and TCF principles. Ensure customers are treated in a fair and consistent manner. Assist the Operational Standards Team in maintaining statistical and root cause analysis in respect of complaints to aid the business in continually improving performance.
For each complaint, you will establish telephone contact with customers to gain a full understanding of their complaint in order to progress to a fair outcome as quickly as possible. Make follow up contact to discuss the outcome reached. Ensure that all complaints are handled with the highest possible standard of customer care. Assist with TCF feedback and provide recommendations for improvement.
We are seeking applications with customer service experience is required, supported by knowledge of FCA regulatory guidelines and complaint handling. First class customer service skills and a positive approach are essential. High standard of written and telephone communication skills, ability to communicate effectively at all levels. Candidates with an Insurance or financial services background desirable but not essential.
