Business Support Co-ordinator

A facilities company based in Bradley Stoke are currently recruiting a Business Support Co-ordinator to join their team.
This is a newly created role working for a growing business and is an excellent opportunity for anyone looking to further their career within the administrative field.
Duties will include:
- Manage operational databases for training, calibration of equipment and competency
- Manage general compliance requirements
- Support HR admin and data collection
- Timesheet collation support
- Manage sub-contractor databases
- Maintain compliance database
- Co-ordinate office maintenance and supplies
Previous experience of working within an office environment is essential. The successful candidate must also be comfortable using excel and be a confident communicator both face to face and over the phone.
