A well known investment bank with good working hours is looking to recruit an Administrative Assistant to support their front office team located in the City.
The role involves:
- Scheduling meetings, booking conference rooms and making appointments
- Taking phone calls and delivering messages to the relevant department
- General administration including updating memos, letters, documents and forms
This role is a 6 month temporary booking. You have basic PC skills with knowledge of Word and Excel.
