Future Personnel are pleased to recruit for a Commercial Account Handler to support the company's ongoing expansion. Over the previous 2 years the company has doubled in size to over 100 employees and shows no signs of slowing down.
A fantastic and achievable commission structure is in place to earn a monthly bonus on top of a generous salary.
As an Account Handler, you will be joining a fast-paced growing business within the Fleet Insurance sector at their modern offices located in central Redhill.
You will be tasked with the following:
- Building and maintaining relationships with underwriters
- Manage your own book of clients within fleet insurance
- Work towards sales KPI's by maximising sales potentials, over-coming objections and up-selling where possible
- Deliver excellent standards of customer service
- Be a first point of contact for enquiries, explaining features and benefits of individual policies
- Update the data records accurately
This role would suit a candidate with proven experience in the Fleet / Motor Insurance sector, as an Insurance Broker / Insurer with a team player mindset. Must be confident in meeting and exceeding sales targets, as well as excellent communication skills.
