Temporary Finance Assistant

Cordant People Scotland has an excellent opportunity for a Finance Administrator to join our client based in Grangemouth.
This is a full time temporary role. The duties are below:
- Process payments over the phone and face to face
- Maintain financial records
- Booking transport for staff
- Provide support to finance team
- Filing, archiving and updating records
- All other Financial administration required for the office
The successful candidate will have previous administrative experience and be competent with Microsoft Office packages. Excellent communication skills and the ability to prioritise and organise workload is essential for this role. You will also be required to work as part of a team and to exercise initiative.
