Property Claims Team Leader

Insurance Organisation, who have gained an excellent reputation for offering a high level of service to their clients is seeking an experienced Property Claims Team Leader to join its growing team. This role is based in their Birmingham office, which also acts as a hub for their technical claims offering.
You will be responsible for the day to day management of a team Domestic Household Claims Handlers.
You will ensure daily workloads are distributed evenly and each handler has the tools to do their work. The department handles buildings claims on behalf of two major clients and the value of these will generally be up to £50K.
You will act as a technical referral point and advise on complex issues. You will conduct regular 1:1's, ensuring training needs are identified and staff are motivated.
To apply, you must have technical Property Claims experience, gained from an Adjuster, Insurer or TPA. You will be a good people manager, who can motivate, lead and deal with any problems effectively.
You will also have a good degree of market knowledge and ideally hold insurance qualifications
