Hours; 10am - 7pm
Working for a large and well-established Facilities Maintenance Company. We are looking for a Helpdesk Administrator.
- Issue PO's for quoted works and update the quote log
- Raise reactive works where required, make sure the log books are updated,
- Generate and schedule PPM
- Escalated client queries to sub-contractors and review the progress until works are completed to standard
- Delivering on call and out of hours phone service
- Ensure qualification registers are updated
- Generate client monthly report
The successful helpdesk administrator maybe required to go through a high level of security clearance.
