A financial services organisation based in Canary Wharf is looking for a Compensation Manager to join the team on a permanent basis. Reporting into the Compensation Team Lead, the Manager will work in a small team supporting with BAU and projects relating to cash compensation. Key responsibilities will include:Manage compensation processes for respective business unitsEnsure smooth running of annual reward cycleWork with counterparts globally to ensure consistencySupport with the delivery of the wider comp strategy in conjunction with exec comp and regs teams Key requirements:Solid experience within compensation, preferably within financial services or a regulated environmentExcellent Excel skills and attention to detailAbility to communicate at all levelsStrong stakeholder management skills This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-regarded organisation where diversity is key on their agenda.
