Having gone through a significant period of change, this leading Manufacturing business requires a HR Manager to provide a truly generalist service to the business.
Reporting to the Head of HR (based in Europe) you will be the most senior HR practitioner on site, and as such, will lead on all HR initiatives both operationally and strategically, whilst providing management to a team of 3.
With the levels of changes having recently taken place - my client has consolidated due to the completion of a number of projects - the HR Manager will lead on HR issues that have been a result of this change. This will include ER, disciplinary, grievance, consultations around changed to T&Cs etc, whilst ensuring the business is ready and fit-for-purpose for anticipated growth in 2020.
To be considered for this role you will:
Have gained experience of having worked within a manufacturing/engineering organisation;
Be a true HR Generalist;
Be able to start in post no later than the end of February.
