Empolyee Relations & Change Manager - FTC End March 2020

Morgan Hunt are working with one of the UK's largest Housing Associations that recently merged from 2 of London's most well-known Associations. They require an experienced HR Manager (with a specailism in ER) to join their HR Team

The role will be until at least end of March 2020 with a start date by the end of January 2019.

Some duties for the role include :

  • Overseeing Employee Relations work, making sure best practice is adhered to and consistency is evident throughout
  • Need a thorough understanding of complex ER casework of various types
  • Must be comfortable challenging, influencing and educating senior members of the business in ER processes
  • Have an understanding of Change projects/work as this may be required as and when the business dictates
  • Will be required to collate various data relating to ER and analyse and present findings to senior staff
