A leading financial services organisation based in North London is currently looking for a Benefits Specialist to join their team. Sitting as part of the Reward team, this new role has been created to manage employee flexi-benefits and the relationships with benefits suppliers. The primary responsibilities include communicating with company employees regarding benefits and managing the administration of company benefits. Other responsibilities will include:Managing and maintaining relationships with vendorsTake a proactive role in benefits strategyActive involvement in projects across the wider reward teamKey requirements:Previous position in a benefits focussed roleExperience in dealing with suppliersCompetent in ExcelPensions experience is preferred but not essentialHigh level organisational skillsDetail orientated, multitasking skillsTo be considered for interview, or for further information, please apply accordingly.
