Regulatory Remuneration Manager

A Financial Services organisation based in Canary Wharf is currently looking for a Regulatory Remuneration Manager to join on a permanent basis. This role holder will line manage two individuals and will be the primary subject matter expert for regulatory remuneration matters. This team are responsible for producing all remuneration filings, as well as overseeing all aspects of compensation relating to Material Risk Takers/Identified Staff across EMEA. Key responsibilities:Lead on producing and checking all Regulatory filing tables and country-specific disclosures for EMEALiaise with the Regulatory Policy team to ensure the business is reporting correct and timely data to RegulatorsUtilise deep regulatory knowledge to propose appropriate solutions/responses to Regulator queriesManage compensation changes to the MRT/Identified Staff population throughout the year to ensure ongoing compliance Key requirements:Previous experience working in a regulated environment within compensationManagement experience is essentialConfident communicator, both verbally and writtenPositive attitude and approach to work with strong stakeholder management skills To be considered for interview, or for further information, please apply accordingly.
