Based at the company's European headquarter in the The Hague area you will be a key contact person at their Customer Support Department. You will work closely together with your support colleagues and report to the Customer Service Manager. Technical affinity or background is not a hard requirement but will turn out to be very useful in this position.

Main Tasks

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer support requests via telephone and e-mail
  • Build up and maintain good relationship with our customers and users
  • Team with and assist our Sales Managers
  • Coordinate and follow-up all customer questions about pricing, delivery times, product information, samples etc.
  • Giving first line support regarding service calls


  • Pro-active attitude and service driven
  • 3 years of previous, relevant experience
  • Experience in a (IT related) B2B customer support role
  • Strong and effective communication skills
  • Analytical
  • A fluent-to-native level of French and Dutch, spoken and written; plus fluent English skills
  • Technical affinity is an advantage
