Programme Director/Head of Student Product - £80,000 - Sheffield/Hybrid - Great Benefits package

Harvey Nash is excited to be working with a prestigious organisation at the heart of the community in Sheffield to recruit a Head of Student Product to own, develop and deliver a brand-new Student Journey product roadmap. Our client has an exciting multi-year programme of work underway where they are engaging in transformative projects across the organisation, this is a brilliant opportunity for an ambitious individual to join a growing organisation and play a key role in the business moving forwards. As Head of Student Product, you'll play a central role managing a range of significant IT deliveries within our department's IT roadmap. You will work with the assistant director and other members of the IT services executive team to own, develop and deliver a brand-new student journey product roadmap from Discovery, through to design, build and implementation. You will work closely with the executive board, Senior/Executive sponsors, business leads, visionaries, and other key stakeholders to apply leadership, delivery skills and insight to deliver and embed successful change throughout the organisation.

Essential Experience.
Proven experience managing high-profile, large-scale IT Transformation projects across organisations. 10+ years' experience of Programme Management. Expert knowledge of Agile and Waterfall project management, processes, practices and their application. Experience working with Student/B2C Products. Have worked and contributed to an established Delivery Community of Practice, ideally working on standardisation, tooling, colleague support and the introduction of new ways of working.
