A new and exciting position has arisen for the role of Team Leader for a leading Conference & Events venue based in the heart of West Sussex. The perfect candidate must be able to:
• Lead a team to deliver quick and easy service in a busy environment.
• Be able to work well under pressure and motivate the team around them.
• Have experience within conference and events as well as casual restaurant service.
• Be flexible with the demands of the business and adaptable to the environment.
You will ideally come from a hotel/conference venue back ground with exposure to dealing with a fast paced operation style.
The role will be 40 hours per week 5 over 7 and regular weekends would be required, however there are no split shifts.
In return you will be offered 33 days holiday, uniform provided for you as well as meals on duty.
