We are currently working with one of the country's most well-known telecommunications brands, a company that personifies quality and attracts customers of all ages and backgrounds. This well-known brand is now recruiting in Cardiff, customer focused individuals who share the same passion for excellent customer service as the company itself.
Based out of a modern and spacious call centre with all the on-site facilities that you could ever wish for, including free on-site parking, break-out areas with large-screen TVs and table football, our client will be the perfect platform on which to build your customer service career.
As a Customer Advisor your main responsibilities will include:
-Responsible for achieving agreed KPIs
-Delivering great service to customers and effectively advising them were necessary.
-Determination and resilience are key factors
-An upbeat friendly approach to speaking to customers is essential
As a customer care advisor, you should be:
Our client is looking for people who are outgoing and bubbly in nature; this role involves a lot of customer interaction and as such you will need to have great people skills and enjoy building rapport and doing your best to help people with any enquiries. Excellent communication skills will be another of your main traits, as well as being happy to work in a fast paced and energetic environment.

Various shifts patterns are required to fit in with the demands of the business so successful candidates will be expected to remain flexible to work shifts for the following hours: 8am - 8pm Monday to Sunday (Rota basis), 40 hours per week
