This multi-award winning, specialist digital agency, with an International client base that boasts some of the best known brands & names within the sports world, is currently looking for a skilled & ambitious Digital Consultant to join them as they continue on a growth trajectory
The role
As Digital Consultant you'll report to the Consulting Partner. Your key objective is to deliver high quality digital analysis, strategy, workshops & support to a variety of clients. This is all about maintaining a very high reputation for delivering high end digital thinking & accelerated performance. There is a very strong focus on helping your clients with the right technical solutions (ticketing platforms, CMS, CRM, eCommerce, social media tools etc)
Some key responsibilities
• Creation of digital strategies based on solid analysis that transform organisations
• Project management of development work (sites, apps, system integration)
• Working with our clients to find the right mix of digital platforms and products
• Determining and clarifying strategic and operational problems via consultation (e.g. interviews, workshops)
• Delivering high quality digital thinking and problem solving for clients
• Tracking and devising key performance indicators and modelling growth
• Analysing and interpreting research and stats to detect trends and create strategic and operational recommendations
• Identification of revenue growth, customer acquisition and retention opportunities and delivery of relevant recommendations
• Paid media campaign management
• Content idea generation, production, publication, promotion and management across a variety of platforms
• Resource planning, project management and milestone tracking
• Working with all other personnel to develop and achieve the company's overall strategic goals
• Contributing to business development of new and existing clients
About you
You will be a "cool customer" who operates well under pressure & is professional at all times. You'll also possess strong initiative with a "can do" attitude" & willingness to be flexible in your approach to reach desired outcomes. Also…
• Significant previous experience in digital management (technical, PM, content or commercial)
• Very technically savvy with a good understanding of platforms & tools likely to be used in sports industry - eg. ticketing, eCommerce, CRM, social tools etc
• Excellent presentation & client facing skills
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills
• Advanced MS Office user including statistical manipulation in Excel & Powerpoint
• Good understanding of SEO & SEM techniques
• Confident using an array of digital tracking tools eg. Google Analytics, FB Insights
• Good understanding of user experience, user-centred design & information architecture
• You will be degree educated
