ROLE: Front of House Reception Supervisor
LOCATION: Located within 2 buildings in Birmingham city centre
SHIFTS: 40 hours Shift basis between 08:00 - 18:00
We are looking for a Reception Supervisor who can deliver 5 star service in high end corporate environment. Working in a team of 80+, the role consists of Reception, meet & greet, administration tasks, room bookings and liaising with Office Managers and contractors. Ideal candidate will have good Leadership skills, computer & communication skills, be proactive, flexible, able to work with different teams and most of all able to deliver a 5 star service at all times in this high end corporate environment.
Applicants must have a proven track record in delivering outstanding 5-star service within either a corporate or hospitality environment. Must have strong Leadership, organisational, communication, computer skills and demonstrate a keen level of pro-activity with a range of ad hoc office admiration tasks.
