As part of their expansion, my client is seeking a proactive individual to work in a small but very successful business covering all areas of administration and Account Management of existing clients. The business is promotional gifts and they are based in Stanmore, Middx
The role will include:-
- Taking customer orders over the phone or via websites
- Making outbound calls to existing customers
- Providing quotations
- Account Management of existing customers
- Customers pay on a proforma invoice but there maybe occasions where you have to take payment from them using Sage Pay.
- Up dating the websites
- Request artwork from customers
- Arrange samples for customers
- Check all artwork on proofs so much have a good eye for detail
- Monitor delivery dates and deadlines
- Dealing with any customer issues
- There may be an opportunity to assist with the social media for the company
There is no cold calling in this role.
If you have a steady work history with at least 3 years in each company in a Sales Admin role where you have dealt with managing existing clients, have a confident telephone manner, accurate admin skills and although not essential have some experience with social media and live within commuting distance of Stanmore, Middx, then please apply now with a covering letter outlining why you are the right person for this role.
