A full-time temporary Customer Service Administrator role based in Penrith

Your new role
Working to support the busy customer service team, you will be responsible for monitoring high volume email accounts to ensure that incoming enquiries are forwarded to the correct department/team member in an efficient manner; and providing data entry support. This role is expected to last for approximately 2 months.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have at least 1 years recent experience within an office-based administration role. You will be a positive team player who can happily work from your own initiative to ensure that team targets and deadlines are adhered to. You will have strong IT skills with great attention to detail and accurate typing abilities. You will be a quick learner who enjoys working efficiently to achieve team objectives.
