Our client, a high performing, well regarded and successful Gloucestershire business is looking for an Office Manager on a permanent basis.
The role is broad and varied and will see the post-holder being the 'go to' person for all things related to administration, staffing, and operations. In addition, the successful candidate will be responsible for process improvement and maintenance, customer and client services, marketing and business strategy.
The role will also see the individual responsible for HR administration as well as working with suppliers effectively to manage agreements.
We are looking for a driven, positive, efficient and highly organised individual with proven experience of managing staff and office procedures.
Our ideal candidate will be highly computer literate, and have evidence of office management in a business capacity.
You will be a very strong administrator and communicator and understand the importance of delivering exceptional customer service.
Ideally you will be ambitious and looking to grow and develop the role and take on additional strategic duties as the company evolves.
The successful candidate will be discreet and understand the importance of confidentiality.
