Fram Search are working with a specialist distributor in Lincolnshire who focuses on mortgage and commercial lending. They are looking to hire an Office Manager to support the Head of Specialist Lending with running the team.
You would be responsible for:
Ensuring the team meets monthly targets
Managing diaries and holiday requests
Managing enquiries in line with agreed SLAs
Assisting with the orientation and induction of new staff
Applicants should have experience of financial services. You should have excellent organisational and time management skills and be able to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines.
