A fantastic opportunity has arisen with our successful client based in Park Royal for a Receptionist to join their fun and friendly team! The successful candidate will play a part in the office for the business.
My Client is a successful FMCG organisation who are one of the leading brands within their market. Recently gone through a positive growth period they are now looking for a Receptionist to support the office. This role will develop for the right candidate into a HR role.
- To be the first point of contact for clients (face to face and over the phone)
- Dealing with all incoming mail, scanning and distributing
- Prepare meeting rooms
- Diary management
- Assisting with administrative tasks
- Excellent Customer Service skills
- Well presented
- IT Literate
- Eager to learn
