12 month Fixed Term Contract (potential to go permanent)
Our client, a global property and facilities management company are seeking a strong administrator to join the team on a 12 month contract.
You will be required to ensure that all jobs are completed in a timely manner, with prompt and accurate ordering of parts for requests by engineers and ensure all relevant parts are then transmitted to the appropriate supplier as soon as possible. You will need to ensure all quote requests are actioned and outstanding quotes are chased.
Throughout the process you will keep in touch with the engineers, ensuring they are kept up to date with the progress of their orders along with auctioning any urgent order requests, managing the department inbox, processing and raising PO numbers and assisting the wider team with all other administration duties as required.
This is a great opportunity to join a large organisation on an initial fixed term contract, there is a chance that the position could go permanent after this time. The job is also initial based in Morley but will be relocating Leeds in March.
