We are looking to recruit a Real Estate Legal Secretary to join our Legal Client's busy Leeds city centre office.

Duties and Responsibilities include:
*In conjunction with a fee earner, organise and prioritise workload on an ongoing basis.
*Dairy management, organising room bookings, accommodation and travel, organising telephone conference / video calls.
*Preparation of inward and outward post.
*Alert and agree with fee earner any changes in circumstance and priority with regard to workload.
*Copy and audio typing of documents.
*Preparation, submission and downloading of property searches using TM Property Searches.
*Preparation and submission of Stamp Duty Land Tax forms using the SDLT website.
*Create client accounts using the internal system, recording of time against files, produce monthly bills / invoices, awareness of and working within anti money laundering guidelines.
*Use precedents as directed and delegated by fee earner to prepare and draft documents as directed and supervised by fee earner.

Additional Responsibilities:
*Be fully conversant MS Office Systems, document management systems and the preparation of documents including house style, schedule levels, stripping out and re-formatting documents, table of contents, formulas, track changes, document comparison packages etc.
*Screen and prioritise calls and voicemails, accurate message taking and dealing with the call appropriately wherever possible.
*Manage voicemail and out of office system.
*Retrieve and transcribe as appropriate voicemail and email messages left for the Fee Earner in their absence, taking full messages and providing accurate information to enable Fee Earner to action. Reasonably assist whenever possible prioritising with the Fee Earner.
*General administration including faxing, filing etc.
*Report faults and liaise with service engineers for office equipment.
*Stationery orders and replenishing stocks.
*Support and liaise with the Office Manager regarding holiday and lunch cover etc. and H&S at work.
