The ideal candidate will have excellent operational and staff management skills, customer service experience, strong commercial awareness and the ability to understand and appreciate contractual requirements.
In this role you will be responsible for: - Producing daily schedules for operatives - manage works requiring follow on works and issues experienced by operatives - Manage and dispatch emergency and urgent works to ensure SLA's are achieved - Liaising with customers for extensions to SLAs and approvals - Liaising with operational supervisors to sign off schedules, ensure operational workforce is best utilised - ensure all planning and scheduling is correctly entered into the system to ensure audit trail of all activity is accurately recorded.
You may be required, on occasions, to provide support in other locations supported by the company; as well as carrying out any other ad hoc duties as required commensurate with the role.
