Our client is a leading Property Company, due to a recent promotion they are looking for an experienced and talented Administrator to provide full support to their Sales and Marketing Team based at their Head Office in North London.
The this is a multifaceted role that requires a bubbly and outgoing personality who can communicate on all levels, have advanced administration skills and the ability to multi task and do two things at the same time.
Working in a fast paced environment, a strong eye for detail is equally important as well as a positive team spirit.
Liaising with other departments
Laising with suppliers, processing and signing off invoices
Updating social media
Binding brochures for new projects
Working within KPIs and set time frames for launches
Working to targets
Preparing reports for meetings
Acting as first point of contact
Providing administrative team support within the Sales and Marketing department
