PA & Office Manager

We are looking for an experienced PA & Office Manager to support the Managing Director and Chairman covering a group of companies which are rapidly growing and you will be responsible for HR Management, PA Support and Operational Office Management.
This is a varied role were you will support Directors with diary management, correspondence and financial administrative operations, arranging board meetings, preparing and distributing meeting minutes. You will be the first point of contact for all HR Queries and advice, procedures, personnel systems and implementing HR Systems and processes. You will also be involved in the recruitment process which will include preparing job descriptions, posting job adverts, screening cvs, shortlisting candidates, arranging interviews and preparing offer letters and contracts. Additionally managing absences, holiday and grievances.
We are looking for an experienced PA with experience in supporting Directors with also a background in HR. You must be able to demonstrate the ability to exercise excellent judgement and discretion at all times as you will be privy to confidential processes, financial data, employee records and management information.
To be considered you will have excellent communications sills, both written and verbal and you will be very organised and methodical with a keen eye for detail. The chosen individual must be enthusiastic, self motivated, able to work independently and highly IT literate.
