A leading business that's currently based in Wargrave (but will be moving to Marlow in the next few months) is looking to recruit 2 x Administrators to join their team.

*Please note you MUST be happy to work in Marlow, once the company have moved*

This is a varied role involving supplier liaison, customer correspondence, quoting for instructions, co-managing diaries, booking appointments and issuing reports. Candidates possessing touch-typing, audio typing, bookkeeping/accounts support, Sage 50 or diary management skills would be particularly welcome as there is the potential for the roles to be developed to include additional responsibilities.

Previous experience in a similar role, database familiarity, customer service experience and a basic geographical knowledge of the South East would also be advantageous.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Monitor the company database and supplier websites for new work instructions
  • Monitor, forward and respond to client and supplier correspondence in a timely manner
  • Provide quotations
  • Forward queries to the relevant persons and track the responses
  • Co-manage the diaries for our team and book appointments
  • Maintain supplier SLAs
  • Issue reports
  • Produce & issue client invoices
  • Type reports and amendments
  • Handle incoming and outgoing post
  • Data entry
  • Answering the telephone
  • Maintain electronic and paper filing systems
  • Assist with the upkeep of the office
  • Various ad hoc activities as directed by senior staff

Additional Bookkeeping or diary management responsibilities may be introduced for the right candidate

  • Competent in the use of databases, MS Excel, Word and Outlook
