Duties associated with this position include;
* Providing Accounts Support to the Head of Finance.
* Invoicing, credit control, data entry, cheques, petty cash, and mileage.
* Carrying out property searches based on specific client requirements and briefs.
* Acting as a pivotal point of contact in the office.
* Dealing with inbound calls and resolving queries.
* Setting up documents & financial reports.
* Administrative support to the Directors.
* Diary management and making travel arrangements.
* General administrative support; filing, photocopying, scanning and filing.
