At Select Hospitality Cambridge we are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a Chef de Partie
A brand new Double Rosette awarded country gastro pub & restaurant/Hotel near Saffron Walden are looking for a Chef de Partie to join a team of talented chefs. Working alongside the Head Chef & Sous Chef ensuring the highest possible standard of food preparation and service are met. Serving breakfast, lunch and dinner. The Chef de Partie will be required to assist the Sous and Head Chef to innovate and deliver food to the highest standards consistently, ensuring that all food is produced in line with the companies standards. You will report to the Sous Chef
Experience and Skills required
•Experience of working at rosette level or cooking at rosette standard
•Basic Food Hygiene Certificate.
•Training on HACCP & COSHH systems.
•Creative and passionate about food.
•Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
•Flexible as regards to shift patterns
•Responsible and trustworthy
•Have the ability to work within a team
Salary and Benefits
•My client is offering the successful Chef de Partie upto £28K inc tips .
•Fantastic working environment
• Live in or relocation package available
