They are now in the market for an Internal Sales person who will be taking a great deal of inbound calls but also someone who has the ability to win new business.

Ideally you will have sold hire solutions previously or at least have worked within a sales role in a construction organisation.

The working environment and rewards working for this giant of an organisation are superb. You will receive a 20k basic salary and have the opportunity to earn a further 10k on top topping you up to a package of 30k. Internal opportunities within the company are enormous.

As part of your role you will be:

* Actively promoting the co via the telephone.

* Dealing with incoming enquiries from existing clients and prospects by phone, email or fax.

* Plan and prioritise customer/prospect contacts to sure achievement of agreed sales targets.

* Managing regional customer accounts, and building professional working relationships to ensure generation of future sales.

* Handling and processing inbound hire and sale enquiries and ensuring conversion rate at first call meets set conversion targets.

* Have the ability to make outbound calls to lapsed customers and prospective ge, sales techniques and personal skills.
