About the role
As Insight and Service Development Manager, you will drive development of pilots and testing of new initiatives that will:
• Strengthen our core work in antenatal education and infant feeding
• Increase our reach to less affluent communities and to parents at greater risk of isolation
• Expand the support we provide to parents postnatally.
Your role will support the implementation phase of the ourNCTservices project, which sets out to ensure our services for parents are as accessible and impactful as possible. You will also support the development of our peer support programmes, which offer significant opportunity to increase the reach of our support for parents experiencing disadvantage and isolation.
Working with a range of internal stakeholders you will deliver specific service developments and improvements, with an unwavering focus on maximising positive impact for parents. Using your creativity and collaborative skills, you will drive quality change at NCT - motivating and influencing others, and bringing service improvements to life ensuring all models you develop are clearly costed and have practical implementation plans, with a focus on impact, cost-effectiveness and sustainability.
You will be:
Able to demonstrate practical experience of service development, improvement and delivery - including working up and testing new programmes and models of support.
Skilled in producing service models or programmes that attract funding and partnerships, and are deliverable on the ground.
Experienced in project management, including for cross-team projects
Experience of multidisciplinary working and engaging with a range of stakeholders.
Excellent interpersonal and oral communication skills.
Able to communicate complex data and messaging in a focused and engaging manner.
