This is not a call center. Hours - Monday to Friday 8:30 am to 5 pm (approx.)

We are seeking a highly organised individual with a professional background in leading a Sales Team, or an Office Manager preferably within Insurance or Financial Services to oversee and coordinate and all General Insurance and Financial Services Sales such as, Car Insurance, Home & Commercial Insurance & Financial Services, working with a small team, you will also oversee functions such as Claims, Insurance Renewals, Administration functions, Customer Service & most importantly Compliance/Terms of Business in accordance with FCA regulations.

This is a 'Multi-Disciplined' position, where you will not only ensure the team are compliant over the phone when speaking to customers, (for instance listening in to calls) you will also oversee KPI's, 1 to 1s for instance regarding hitting targets & training of staff, disciplinaries, together with ensuring your team (around 8 to 10) are up to date in regards to their internal training.

In order to be successful with your application, you will need around 2 years direct management experience.

Ideally, you will come from either an Insurance, Financial Services or Banking background with experience in supervising a team/s of Sales and/or Customer Service Team Leader or Office Manager from a regulated environment.

You will set targets KPI's and encourage your team through 'positive motivation' in order to deliver award-winning Customer Service that our client has built & gained an excellent reputation over the years.

The team is based upon outstanding Customer Service, and all staff is encouraged to build relationships with the Customers in order to maintain this high level of service.
