My Client, a Global TV Production firm based in Chiswick are looking for a Team Assistant to join their team on a 12 Month FTC.

The role is a team assistant, someone who will provide general admin duties and support for their learning and development team based in London.
Responsibilities as the team assistant will include but are not limited to:
- To provide full support including acting as first point of contact for internal and external contacts, clients and service providers.
- Extensive diary management.
- Schedule, organise and co-ordinate meetings and facilities (including department events).
This team assistant role will require the highest level of professionalism, organisation and flexibility and will include a wide range of duties. This role would suit a graduate or someone with 1-2 years' admin experience.
