Our client company is a leading Independent Financial Advisory firm, established in 1990 and has recently become a public quoted company. Due to continued growth, they are looking to recruit a Head of T&C Supervision to focus on effectively delivering the T&C requirements for the Group. They pride themselves on being a people-based business and are continually pushing the boundaries on their growth potential.
Roles and responsibilities
Your duties as Head of T&C Supervision, will be focused on effectively delivering the T&C requirements for all of their regulated entities within the Group.
You will be ensuring the team of T&C Supervisors, are actively identifying areas for development and to improve MI. Plus, you should ensure sufficient resource is in place to have satisfactory span of control available to provide effective support. In addition, your duties will ensure the whole team have a detailed understanding of the advice guidelines and systems so that all key stakeholders are working harmoniously together.
Requirements to be considered
You must be an experienced T&C Supervisor and have sales management experience, so that you can combine your skills to effectively fulfil the duty of Head of T&C Supervision. Ideally, your experience should be from within the IFA sector. Must be qualified to at least Level 4 Diploma standard and hold relevant supervisory qualifications.
