Call Centre Manager required for busy Contact Centre in Plymouth. The Telecan Manager is required to manage, mentor and motivate Telesales and Call Centre Agents. Telesales Agents secure appointments for our sales teams and as Telecan Manager you will monitor Outbound calls throughout the shift, to ensure set targets and sales leads targets are met within company guidelines.

To help us do this we need to start with excellent Managers, to oversee all Telecan Agents consistently achieve quality leads, through quality outbound sales calls.

What the Role is

Managing a Call Centre for Outbound and Cold Calling Sales Leads
Training and Mentoring your team, with the sales tools they need to hit targets
Monitoring quality calls are made within company guidelines
Ensuring you have the right staff to hit and beat your sales and lead targets
Collating and submitting weekly wages, day to day admin (rotas, new starters documentation etc)
Maintaining regional relationships to ensure leads are pitched and gain feedback

Sales Managers- Ability to manage in a high-pressure environment, whilst achieving set goals
Motivators - An energised and enthusiastic individual who can push their team to over achieve
Data Analysis - You will be able to understand, record and report frequently on your staff performances
Call Centre Sales Experience - You will understand what makes a Call Centre successful
