This role is a vital part of the guest experience team ensuring the highest level of service delivered within an outstanding hotel resort. Your main responsibility as Spa Receptionist will be to ensure a hospitable and professional atmosphere within a dedicated facility providing first class service to a variety of different customers.

About the Job
Your primary responsibilities as a Spa Receptionist will be ensuring a consistent presentation of the facility, taking bookings and payments both on the phone and in person. You will also be required to identify and respond appropriately with guests and make sure that company requirements are maintained in relation to accessibility for all visitors. You will most likely be able to demonstrate a passion for dealing with different types of people and the desire to go the extra mile to provide an exceptional customer experience. Previous experience in a similar role will be ideal, as will the ability to stay calm under pressure with your natural, outgoing personality.
As a Spa Receptionist, you will also be expected to continually update your knowledge on industry best practices to ensure that you are up to speed on market trends and responsive to client queries, needs and expectations. You will also be expected to suggest and promote retail products when the opportunity arises, therefore, a good product knowledge and customer awareness will help you be successful in this role. You will have an experienced and brilliant resort team behind you, who will be supportive and encourage you to be part of the wider team.
About the Person
For this Spa Receptionist position, it is essential that you have excellent communication and organisational skills and possess the ability to learn and develop first class product knowledge. The ideal candidate will most likely have front line guest experience, possibly within a hospitality environment. To succeed in this position, you will also have a can-do approach and ability to drive excellent quality standards.
The salary package for this Spa Receptionist position, offers £7.83 per hour for 40 hours per week.
