This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced PA to join the team of an outstanding HMC school with an exemplary reputation
We are seeking a part time Personal Assistant, to start as soon as possible, to provide administrative and secretarial support for our two Deputy Head Teachers (Deputy Head Academic & Deputy Head Pastoral).
This will include managing their diaries, incoming and outgoing correspondence, welcoming visitors and receiving telephone calls and preparing and processing documents and organising meetings.
You will need excellent communication skills with first class organisational and administrative skills, with the ability to remain calm under pressure and work to tight deadlines with attention to detail.
The post is for 26 ¼ hours per week, working 8am to 2pm Monday to Friday, with a 45 minute lunch break. This is a term time only role, but in addition to this you will be required to work 10 closure days during the school holidays, as agreed with your Line Manager. These days are to include the day of the public exam results in August, plus staff development days.
