An exciting opportunity has become available for an Income Protection (IP) Claims Assessor Support to join an award winning, mutual healthcare and protection insurer. *Our client is looking for an Income Protection (IP) Claims Assessor Support to support their ambitious growth plans in providing award-winning Health, Life and Income Protection Insurance.
*Reporting to the IP Claims Team Leader, you will support the IP Claims Assessors by providing administration in all aspects of claims handling. This will include issuing settlement advice letters and claim forms, taking new claim notifications and managing daily tasks for the assessors.
*Have experience of working in an office environment, with solid administrative skills (essential)
*Have experience of dealing with inbound telephone calls (essential)
*Have worked within the Financial Services industry (desirable)
*You must have the right to work in the UK without restrictions
