Your new role
This new role gives you the opportunity of greeting visitors at the reception desk as well as managing overall reception duties such as answering the phone, taking in messages, and familiarising oneself with the company switchboard system. You will also be in control of organising meetings and making sure meeting rooms are clean for all visitors. You will also have the opportunity of training members covering reception. You will be updating the phone list, managing filling systems and carrying out general administrative duties.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in this position you will need strong organisation and self-management skills. You will need excellent communication skills with strong attention to detail. You will need to be confident with Microsoft packages. You will also need strong personal attributes such as the ability to work independently, enthusiastic 'can-do' attitude, hardworking and motivated.
